- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After waiting 1 hour to be seen for a pre booked appointment I received a poor consultation with a long standing male doctor at this surgery despite being employed and paying for my meds. This left me in tears. My opinions were dismissed and I was treated rudely not even allowed to describe my symptoms. It was clear the doctor in question had a prior engagement and made it apparent. I'm absolutely disgusted at the service (or lack thereof) that I 'received'. I will not be returning to this doctor. Having said that I have nothing but positive things to say about the empathy, understanding and medical competence of both Dr Kane and Dr Morrison who also work at this surgery and the positive stars would not have been without their care, understanding and support (it would have been higher if I had not had this poor experience from the male doctor).by Fi DhaledApril 05, 2017
